• Important Changes to Poster and Demo Submissions

• Please note that the submission deadline for posters and demos had to be changed!

  For those who wish their posters and demos to be included in the proceedings, the following deadlines apply:

  Title, Author information, 100-word Abstract Submission Deadline: Jan 9th 23:59 EST
  Acceptance Notification Deadline: Jan 10th
  Camera-ready Extended Abstract Deadline: Jan 19th

  If you are submitting for publication (due Jan 9th), we only require a title, author information, and a short 100-word abstract for acceptance review. Your extended abstract is not due until the camera-ready deadline (Jan 19th).

  For those who wish to participate in the session but not to be published in the proceedings, the original deadlines still apply:

  Submission Deadline --- Jan 31st 23:59 EST
  Notification --- February 3rd
  Camera-ready Deadline --- February 7th
