WMCSA 2002 Workshop Registration

If you have registered but not booked a hotel room, please do so urgently.

WMCSA 2002 attendees need to book a hotel room (first -- space is limited) and register for the workshop.

1. Hotel Booking

Rates and reservation

The rates are:

Single		$99.00
Double		$109.00

These rates are specially aranged for the workshop and are available 3 days prior and 3 days after the workshop. The rates do not include state, local taxes, and surcharges.

Reservations can be made by calling (800)-727-8455 or (845)-887-4880 or by fax to (845)-887-4824.

You should refer to "IEEE Computer Society WMCSA" when making reservations, to obtain the special workshop rates and also to be allocated a room in the reserved block.

Important Dates

The reservation cut-off date is Wednesday, May 29, 2002, 5PM Eastern time. Reservations requests after this date will only be accepted on the basis of availability.

The check-in time is 4PM and the check-out time is 12:00 noon.

WMCSA Workshop Registration Fees Workshop registration includes admission to the workshop, one copy of the proceedings and a reception. In addition daily breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks are provided.
